Final Newsletter (No. 5)
The ENFORCE – Honey Experience project has reached its final phase, and the last newsletter provides an overview of everything achieved during the past two years. It presents the experiential beekeeping e-learning platform, the honey tasting toolkit, the methodological handbook, and the playful educational tools that formed the core of the project.
The newsletter also highlights the cooperation between professional communities from Italy, Slovenia, Romania, and Hungary; the experiences gained through pilot events, trainings, and field activities; and how these contributed to presenting beekeeping as an experience, a source of knowledge, and a community-building opportunity.
This final newsletter offers a fitting conclusion to the project, reflecting on what these two years have brought to participants, the professional community, and everyone open to learning from the world of bees and from nature itself.
