NEWSLETTER 4th.
Welcome to the fourth ENFORCE newsletter, showcasing one of the most dynamic and productive phases of the project. As ENFORCE enters its final stage, our partners in Italy, Slovenia, Hungary and Romania have been testing the developed tools through intensive fieldwork, trainings and multiplier events. During the pilot sessions, beekeepers, chefs, educators, students, civil society groups and professional stakeholders explored the e-learning platform, gamification tools, sensory toolkit and methodological handbook.
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive: participants highlighted the practical approach, the experience-based methods and the new opportunities the ENFORCE toolkit offers in education, gastronomy and agrotourism. The national events brought together hundreds of participants — beekeepers, researchers, local communities and gastronomy experts — who played an active role in refining the final project outputs.
In this newsletter, we present the most memorable moments, key lessons and the ways in which stakeholder feedback is shaping the final version of the handbook and digital tools. Join us and discover how beekeeping becomes knowledge, community and experience across Europe.
