Honey sensory analysis training
The LLTA was held from 15-17 April 2024 in Balzano, Italy, with 14 participants.
During the 3-day training, participants gained practical experience on the origin of honey and methods for identifying its organoleptic properties.
They also tried out traditional honey-based sweet and salty dishes and with a special focus on revisiting traditional recipes and visited beekeeping farms in the area using innovative solutions.Hosting organization was BeeSources di Raffaele Dall’Olio.
